Today, the Joint Committee on Constitutional Issues and Civil Service, the House of Representatives approved an amendment that requires all public bodies more transparent information.
This means that all states are obliged to provide information to citizens without any discretion.
This was described as a "great achievement" by the deputies of different parties, as the Local Congresses, from the adoption by the plenary of the House, tomorrow should enact laws that penalize high breach of requests for information.
