With the political reforms of recent years, states have gained greater autonomy over their territory and centralization of yesteryear has been replaced by the cacique control and abuse of power.
This is the case of the smallest state in the country: Tlaxcala. With a population of just over one million inhabitants, Tlaxcala was systematically controlled by local leaders, completely missed the center of the country and left to fend for themselves in a precarious economy.
Locally, there are a dozen newspapers of poor quality and a few radio stations, so the information produced has generally been good media bureaucracy, which exercises control through the purchase of government advertising.
In Tlaxcala, the free press is a fallacy, lack of professionalism and corruption that is exerted on the environment, are elements that affect the poor construction of public opinion and citizen drowsiness.
As the generation of alternative means of communication is of utmost urgency, that means pursuing the nonexistent objectivity, but the approach of reality and seeking new ways of communicating with citizens. That create spaces for dialogue and debate, participation and information.
